Here’s how we’ll make things right:
When Your Book Needs a Little TLC (Replacement Eligibility):
We want you to fall head over heels for every book you get from us. If your new arrival has any of these issues, it’s time to reach out:
- Uh Oh, Torn Pages Alert! If more than 5 pages have decided to take an unscheduled exit from the book.
- Printing Gone Wild! If more than 4 pages have some unexpected ink adventures (misprints!).
- Cover Conundrum! If the book cover has seen some serious action and has significant damage (we’re talking beyond a little corner nudge).
Quick Action is Key! (Timeframe for Reporting):
Spot something amiss? Let us know within 30 minutes of your book arriving! The sooner you tell us, the faster we can get a perfect replacement on its way.

We understand that books can sometimes pick up a tiny bump or bruise on their travels. We’re unable to offer replacements for:
